Commercial Lawyer

Juice Recruitment are delighted to be supporting an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join a dynamic and expanding team. This role offers exposure to a wide range of high-quality commercial work, advising a diverse client base across multiple sectors.

DAY TO DAY:

• Managing your own caseload while delivering exceptional client service
• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts (including supply, distribution, agency, IP licensing and SaaS agreements)
• Advising on data protection, consumer law and regulatory compliance
• Supporting corporate transactions and cross-border commercial matters
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide pragmatic legal solutions

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE
• Strong knowledge of commercial law and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple matters independently
• Client-focused with strong attention to detail
