Job Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements in conjunction with the commercial legal team, service lines, and central functions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage legal disputes and liaise with external counsel when necessary.
• Conduct legal research to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide cohesive legal support.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for legal files.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

• Qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales
• Proven experience in handling commercial contracts within regulated sectors
• The ability to commute into London on a hybrid basis
