The role
Our Commercial Insurance team is looking for an insurance litigator at Associate/Senior Associate level to join them in London.
This national team, led by partner Susie Wakefield in London, who works on a wide range of insurance and reinsurance disputes and advisory mandates, operates across London, Reading and Manchester.
In this role, you will support Susie Wakefield and the national team more widely on coverage and reinsurance disputes across a broad range of risks including financial lines, property and casualty, structural defect, and product liability. We are looking for candidates with an insurance litigation background and, ideally, exposure to advising on large claims with international aspects, as well as experience advising on regulatory matters.
The TeamThe wider Dispute Resolution & Litigation services team holds highly skilled specialists with the expertise to solve whatever contentious problem you are facing. The team covers commercial litigation, international arbitration, insurance, regulatory, contract disputes, fraud, professional negligence, public procurement challenges, IT, lending and banking disputes.
