Commercial Growth Manager - Produce, Horticulture & Bakery (Hybrid)

Henderson Group is seeking a Commercial Manager to drive performance across Produce, Horticulture and Bakery categories. You will work with retailers, stores and cross-functional teams to deliver growth and strong execution.

The role focuses on delivery with independent retailers, store colleagues and the HWL Sales Team to improve participation, execution and commercial outcomes, while coordinating with Trading and Marketing to deliver joined-up plans.
