Commercial Finance Manager - 6-Month Contract (Inside IR35)

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to support a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) through high-quality financial planning, reporting, and forecasting. The role will lead commercial insight, strengthen decision-making, and ensure robust financial governance across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the SBU.
• Produce timely, accurate management reporting with clear commercial insight and recommendations.
• Conduct financial due diligence on customers, partners, and new business opportunities.
• Work closely with agent partners to ensure smooth portfolio performance and resolve commercial issues.
• Support contract reviews, pricing models, and investment appraisals.
• Drive improvements in financial processes, controls, and data quality.

Requirements:

• (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) qualified
• Strong commercial finance background, ideally within complex, fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to partner with internal stakeholders and external agents.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

This role will require 3 days per week on client site in Berkshire
