Commercial Estates Contracts & Governance Manager (Ref 2026-107)
Location: NIHE, 2 Adelaide Street, Belfast BT2 8PB
To ensure the provision of effective and efficient commercial contract management and governance within the Facilities and Accommodation Department and to support the Workspace Services Manager in delivering Departmental objectives.
To contribute to the provision of a modern, professional and responsive Facilities and Accommodation service to support NIHE business delivery and our vision and values.
The current salary for this post is £37,280 - £42,839 per annum. We also have an excellent defined benefit pension scheme.
