Commercial Dispute Lawyer

Service Care Solutions are looking for an experienced Commercial Disputes Lawyer to join a well-established and growing litigation team in Aberdeen. This is a permanent role with excellent long-term prospects and opportunities to support clients across the UK and internationally.

The Role Includes:

• Managing a wide range of commercial disputes across sectors such as energy, construction, marine, property, and agriculture
• Handling cases in the sheriff courts and Court of Session (excluding advocacy)
• Involvement in training, compliance, marketing, and business development initiatives
• Opportunity to develop specialisms in areas like non-contentious construction, insolvency, and contract advisory work

The Ideal Candidate:

• • 3+ years' PQE in litigation or a relevant commercial background
• • Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
• • Confident managing a caseload independently
• • Professional, proactive, and collaborative mindset
