Commercial Counsel Lead - Data, IP & Compliance (FMCG)

Suntory Holdings Limited, a leading beverages company, seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to provide expert advice on commercial, IP, and data protection matters across the business.

You will draft and negotiate complex contracts, guide cross-functional teams, mentor junior lawyers, and liaise with external counsel to manage risk and compliance in a fast-paced global environment. Strong stakeholder management and FMCG experience are preferred.
