Commercial Counsel - Part-Time (0.6-0.8 FTE, UK)

Montagu Evans seeks a pragmatic Commercial Counsel to join the Risk & Compliance team. The role will bridge internal legal review with commercial operations, shaping contract playbooks, guardrails and processes across client agreements.

You will advise on tenders, frameworks and call-offs, working closely with fee-earners, IT and external counsel. The position focuses on data privacy, technology contracts and improving standards across the firm.
