What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and support contract negotiations and vendor onboarding.
- Maintain a centralised contract repository and track key milestones (renewals, expirations).
- Monitor vendor performance and contribute to audit and reporting frameworks.
- Ensure governance policies are current, compliant, and aligned with internal standards.
- Act as a trusted escalation point for vendor-related issues.
- Support risk assessments and help shape third-party risk frameworks.
- Stay ahead of developments in Technology and AI-related contracts, including SLAs and KPIs.
- 5-7 years' experience in contract management, vendor oversight, or procurement.
- Strong grasp of vendor ecosystems across Technology, Services, and Operations.
- Familiarity with governance frameworks and third-party risk management.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with exposure to C-Level environments.
- Professional qualifications such as CIPS, CPSM, CTPE, or familiarity with SFIA are desirable.
- Experience with ITIL or COBIT is a plus.
