Commercial Contracts Lawyer 12-Month FTC West Midlands Hybrid Working Immediate StartA well-established and respected private practice firm in the West Midlands is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join its team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an immediate requirement, offering a hybrid working model of three days in the office and two days remote.This opportunity would suit a senior lawyer (Principal Associate level or equivalent) who brings strong private practice experience and is confident stepping into a busy caseload with minimal supervision from day one.The RoleYou will handle a broad range of high-quality commercial contract matters, including:• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements• Advising on supply, services, distribution, technology, and partnership agreements• Supporting clients across various sectors with commercially focused legal advice• Managing your own caseload independently and liaising directly with clientsThis role requires someone who can quickly integrate into the team and provide senior-level support throughout the contract period.About You• Qualified Solicitor with significant PQE (Principal Associate level preferred)• Strong background in commercial contracts within private practice• Technically strong with excellent drafting and negotiation skills• Able to work autonomously and manage complex matters confidently• Commercially astute and client-focused• Available to commence at short noticeThis is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking firm, working on high-quality matters within a supportive team environment while benefiting from flexible hybrid working.How to Apply:Contact Alicia Forde on or email quoting Job Ref: eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
