Job Description

Location: West Midlands

Rate: £55-60 per hour

Remote working available

Job Opportunity: Commercial Contracts Lawyer

Sellick Partnership is seeking a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join a small, friendly team within a local authority in the West Midlands. This initial 3-month role is subject to extension and potential for permanent recruitment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Providing legal advice on contractual matters
  2. Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and amending commercial contracts
  3. Handling routine contractual and procurement work
  4. Managing complex legal matters
  5. Experience with construction contracts is desirable
Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in the public sector is preferred, but experience from private practice or other sectors will also be considered.
