Commercial Cleaner

Location: Banbury
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour, increasing to £13.45 per hour after 3 months
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Flexible shifts available, Monday to Sunday
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

The Role

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Commercial Cleaners to join our client's team in Banbury. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stable, full-time hours with the potential to become a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining commercial areas to a high standard

• Cleaning offices, communal areas, facilities and other designated areas

• Following cleaning schedules and health & safety procedures

• Using cleaning equipment and products safely and correctly

• Ensuring all areas are kept clean, tidy and presentable

• Reporting any issues or maintenance requirements to the relevant person

• Working independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential

• Good attention to detail

• Reliable and punctual

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• A positive and hardworking attitude

• Good understanding of health & safety
