Commercial Cleaner - Belfast

Full time Commercial Cleaner required to work with our Private Client, specialising in commercial and industrial contract cleaning, such as post construction work sites, office suites and apartments, facilities management, short-let property cleaning and commercial window cleaning.

This is a full time post, required initially for 3 months, with the possibility of being offered permanent employment based on performance and attendance.

Hours of work will be based on a rota, working 5 days out of 7. Applicants must be fully flexible.

The pay rate for this role is £13 per hour.

As a commercial cleaner, you will be responsible for delivering a high quality cleaning service across a range of clients and sites, such as building sites, office buildings, short-let properties and other facilities. Your main duties will include cleaning and sanitising workspaces, communal areas, kitchens, washrooms, corridors and other high-traffic areas, disposing of general and industrial waste, use of a range of cleaning equipment and chemicals, and any other duties required by the client.

What We Need From You

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member.
- Full Uk Drivers License
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced Access NI check
- 2 Years experience in a commercial cleaning environment
