Your new role
As a Collections Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices in line with agreed payment terms. You will work closely with finance teams, senior stakeholders, and client-facing teams to proactively manage debt, resolve queries, and mitigate financial risk.Your responsibilities will include monitoring aged receivables, following up on overdue balances, supporting cash allocation activities, and processing adjustments such as write-offs and credit notes. You will also produce regular and ad hoc reporting to provide insight into collection performance and highlight risks.This role requires the ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and communicate confidently with a range of stakeholders while maintaining professionalism and diplomacy.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will have previous experience in a collections or accounts receivable role, ideally within a professional or corporate services environment. A solid understanding of finance principles and billing processes is essential.You will demonstrate:
