Coastal Flood Defence Site Lead

Linear Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Agent to join a leading civil engineering contractor. You will oversee on-site delivery of major flood alleviation and coastal defence works near Grimsby, coordinating teams and ensuring safe, on-time execution.

The role requires NEC contract familiarity, strong stakeholder engagement and a track record in flood schemes or Environment Agency projects. A Civil Engineering qualification, CSCS and SMSTS are essential, with a full UK driving licence.
