Co-Store Manager - Luxury Boutique Leader

Rituals Cosmetics is seeking a dynamic Store Supervisor in Bolton to lead daily store operations and deliver our Feel Good Experience.

You will partner with the Store Manager on rota planning, sales strategies and coaching, while acting as the product expert and brand ambassador in a luxury boutique setting.

The role combines hands-on leadership, inventory control, cash handling, and back-office tasks to ensure smooth store performance and remarkable customer service.
