CNC Setter / Operator - Earn Shift Premiums (Nights/Rotating)

TQR Consultancy Ltd in Plymouth is seeking an experienced CNC Setter/Operator to run Fanuc controlled CNC and PLC machinery. You will work in a busy engineering environment focused on quality and precision.

Responsibilities include setting tooling, reading engineering drawings, carrying out first-offs, and ensuring gauges are accurate. The role offers alternating shifts (06:00am to 14:00pm and 14:00pm to 22:00pm) with a shift premium, or night shifts (Sunday to Thursday 10:00pm to 6am).
