This is a great opportunity to join an experienced and ambitious Revenue team and play a vital role in driving the commercial success of our hotels. You will collaborate with seasoned commercial leaders, influencing strategy, supporting operational excellence, and helping to ensure sustainable revenue growth.

Role Details
- Cluster Revenue Manager
- Reporting to: Operations Director
- Competitive salary and benefits plus 20% bonus
- Workplace pension
- Hybrid work model (monthly meetings at London head office and visits to the three properties for quarterly meetings upon request)
Ideal Experience
- 1-2 years' experience in revenue management leading strategy daily
- Experience with business planning cycles
- Knowledge in Pricing, Forecasting, Benchmarking, and Sales Strategy
- Understanding of Meeting & Events revenue and group strategy assessment
- Familiarity with Opera Cloud, Delphi, and Marriott systems
- Entrepreneurial mindset to help build a new team from the ground up
As Portfolio Revenue Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Managing the daily revenue strategy for assigned properties
- Leading project go-lives within the portfolio
- Supporting rate loading and channel strategies
- Acting as the primary Revenue department contact for these properties
- Developing junior team members for succession planning
- Acting as deputy for the Revenue Director, supporting business review meetings with ownership
