Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there's a kids' club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a 'hosted home', bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

The Role:

As a Clubhouse Host you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for our members and hotel guests. With a passion for being the first point of call for any ad hoc enquiries, you will provide detailed guidance through all areas of this mixed space, and your excitement for hosting will shine through within every guest interaction.

Who we are looking for?

• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
• Previous hosting experience in a reception role would be an advantage.
• Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking.
• An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic
• A genuine passion for hospitality and hosting.

The on target earning potential for this role is £33,804.80 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £30,804.80, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge . Please note this role is paid hourly at £14.81 so this is a projected salary and OTE.

About gratuities & service charge:

• Gratuities (tips) and service charge are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role.
• It is estimated that in 2026, our full-time employees can expect to receive in the range of £3,000 in addition to their annual salary.
