CLUB MANAGER

We're Hiring: Club Manager (Multi-site Leadership - Germany)

Based in Madrid Full-time Willing to Travel Fluent German & English Required.

At KRAFTWERK Fitness Club, we're building something powerful - and we need bold leaders to drive it.

With 18 gyms across Germany and Spain and over 40,000 members, we're entering our next phase of growth. We're looking for a Club Manager who can lead, inspire and manage multiple locations across Germany, with operational excellence, people focus, and energy that moves teams forward.

Here's what your mission looks like:

• Lead and support the operational direction of multiple fitness clubs (approx. 10) across Germany.
• Ensure daily excellence in member experience, team performance, and facility management.
• Build a service culture based on empathy, communication, and quality.
• Act as a decision-maker on key matters involving strategy, people, and operations.
• Solve problems, incidents and issues.
• Handle schedules, class programs, seeking best balance between client and team.
• Monitor and enforce health, safety procedures at all times.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to reach KPIs, drive retention and revenue.
• Mentor and motivate fitness staff, ensuring alignment with our values and processes.
• Be willing to travel frequently across Germany to support your clubs and team.
• Manage remote teams.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Sports Science, Physical Activity, coaching, marketing, operations or similar.
• A Master's in Sports Facility Management is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in the fitness industry, managing teams and delivering results.
• Strong knowledge of the fitness business and member lifecycle.
• Proven experience in team leadership, coordination, and goal achievement.
• Fluency in German (C1) and English (C1) is essential.
• Solid command of Office tools (Excel & Word); experience with CRM or fitness management systems is a plus.
• You're detail-oriented, autonomous, empathetic, and communicative - a natural leader.
