DescriptionAt the heart of the member experience at Skibo is our Front of House team. Known for their warmth, attentiveness, and exceptional service, this team plays a vital role in creating the magic our members return for time and again. As a Club Concierge, you'll be the welcoming face of the castle - building relationships, anticipating needs, and helping create moments that stay with our guests forever.
About The RoleAs Club Concierge in our Front of House team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for members and guests throughout their stay.
- Providing expert knowledge about Club amenities, services, and unique experiences across the estate
- Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, anticipating their needs, and exceeding expectations
- Overseeing smooth check-in and check-out processes for individuals, families, and groups with meticulous attention to detail
- Escorting members and guests to their accommodation, assisting with luggage, and noting any special preferences or requirements
- Supporting with events, private functions, and estate tours, always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a flawless experience
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a concierge, front of house, or guest-facing hospitality role, ideally within a luxury or private members' club environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with solid computer literacy and administrative ability
- Confidence in managing check-in and check-out processes for individuals, families, and groups with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments, handling guest requests swiftly and efficiently
