Customer Centricity:
- Customer Satisfaction: Drive positive customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor.
- Customer/Partner Insights: Provide feedback and insights from customers and partners.
- Voice of Customer: Share insights and best practices, connect with Global Security teams at Microsoft, Engineering, and Product teams to remove blockers and influence the solution roadmap.
- Solution Delivery: Land an end-to-end value proposition for Security (i.e., Zero Trust) covering Microsoft Security offerings, focusing on Threat Protection, ID + Identity and Access Management, and Cloud Security.
Business Impact:
- Position and deliver solutions that drive Security product usage, develop opportunities to enhance customer success, and help customers realize value from their Microsoft investments.
- Identify resolutions to customer blockers leveraging subject matter expertise, delivering according to Microsoft best practices and using repeatable IP.
- Accelerate the business value of security adoption by improving security posture and ensuring solutions exhibit a 'Secure by Design' framework, emphasizing performance, security, scalability, maintainability, reusability, and reliability upon deployment.
Technical Leadership:
- Continuous Learning: Align personal skills with team demands and customer success goals.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share expertise, contribute to IP creation and reuse to accelerate customer outcomes.
- Solution Planning: Run architectural design sessions to develop implementation plans aligned with customer business goals and technical environment, reaching consensus on design and next steps.
- Collaboration: Work with Cloud Solution Architects, FastTrack, partners, and Microsoft Consulting to develop complex enterprise security solutions. Note: The role requires working 80% onsite.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience, recent relevant experience in cybersecurity, cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or Business Applications consulting.
- Broad technical experience and knowledge in architecture design, with depth in identity.
- Business-level fluency in French and English.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID in Identity and Access Management solutions, including hybrid solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical aptitude and experience to learn new cloud security technologies and understand market trends.
- Knowledge of the competitive landscape of cloud security platforms.
- Subject Matter Expertise in at least two of the following: Certificate Services (PKI), MS Certifications SC200, SC300 (Identity), AZ500.
- Preferences for skills in cloud security architecture, Azure Security solutions like Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Microsoft Sentinel, and secure Azure implementation.
