About the Role

Join the dynamic Enterprise Content Management team within a leading digital transformation program in the insurance sector. This unit focuses on creating a seamless digital experience for brokers and internal users while enhancing customer journeys.

This project emphasizes the development and optimization of Azure-based integration solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and long-term innovation in a rapidly evolving IT ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Azure Functions, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, solution architects, etc.) to define and refine integration requirements.
• Develop scalable and secure cloud-based workflows and APIs.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot integration solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Ensure high availability and reliability in deployed solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for integration designs, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Stay updated on Azure best practices and contribute to innovation.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project and service development with Microsoft Azure.
• Expertise with:
• Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Azure Functions
• Web services & APIs (REST, SOAP)
• Development languages: C#, JavaScript, PowerShell
• Strong knowledge of:
• Cloud architecture & security
• Integration design patterns
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Agile mindset - experience with SAFe is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Azure Certifications:
• Azure Developer Associate
• Azure Solutions Architect
• Familiarity with enterprise-grade middleware and large-scale IT environments
• Proven ability to work independently with a hands-on mentality

• Proactively identify and implement technical improvements
