Job overviewThe 12-bedded Dragonfly Unit is based in Carlton Colville, Lowestoft and is for age 13-17 year old young people requiring admission whilst receiving inpatient mental health treatment.
Main duties of the jobYou will need to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a dedication to confidentiality and service user experience and will also have excellent customer service skills and administration experience.
You will be joining a dedicated friendly team in a fast-paced environment using a range of clinical systems and Microsoft packages. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook will be essential. Knowledge of the Trust system Lorenzo would be an advantage, as well as Minute Taking.
Reception cover is expected within this post and this role is office based.
All equipment necessary will be provided and full training given.
Person specification Knowledge- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages or equivalent
- Knowledge of NHS policy / procedures.
- NVQ 3 Business Administration or equivalent or working towards.
- NVQ 2 Customer Services or working towards
- Knowledge of Trust electronic record system
- Understanding and experience in a full range of secretarial procedures and systems gained through practice at intermediate level
