Clinical Specialist - Patient Monitoring Technology

Are you a clinically driven professional with a passion for cutting-edge technology in healthcare? We're hiring a Clinical Specialist for a 7-month fixed-term role supporting innovative noninvasive patient monitoring systems across hospital environments.

This is a high-impact role where you'll act as the clinical expert in your region - engaging with healthcare professionals, leading evaluations and training, and championing the value of advanced monitoring technologies across pulse oximetry, brain function, wearables, and more.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Serve as the go-to expert on advanced monitoring solutions, from pulse oximetry to patient connectivity
• Deliver hands-on clinical support across your assigned territory - including demonstrations, education, and follow-up
• Partner with sales teams and OEM reps to support product adoption and drive whole-hospital conversions
• Lead clinical evaluations, support research accounts, and coordinate speaker-led regional training events
• Deliver compelling presentations and training sessions to a variety of healthcare stakeholders, from ward staff to C-level decision-makers
• Monitor market trends and feed insights back to the commercial and product teams

What You Bring:

• Qualified Registered Nurse, with additional clinical or academic background preferred
• Clinical support experience in medical devices or patient monitoring systems
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments and can manage their territory autonomously
• Confident presenter, trainer, and problem-solver with strong communication skills
• Experience working alongside sales, OEMs, and healthcare procurement stakeholders
• Willing to travel extensively across the assigned region
