This is a unique opportunity to combine operational leadership with clinical excellence, ensuring seamless, high-quality care for every patient. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, drive innovation, and champion best practices to deliver outstanding outcomes and service excellence. How you'll help us make health happen Provide visible and proactive clinical leadership across multiple sites, fostering collaboration and professional development. Oversee integration and coordination of clinical and operational activities to ensure seamless patient journeys. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, resource management, and compliance with regulatory standards. Champion quality and safety, implementing robust governance frameworks and audit processes. Mentor and develop clinical leaders, promoting engagement and a culture of accountability. Lead change management and innovation, designing and implementing new clinical delivery pathways. Serve as an expert advisor on clinical and operational matters, contributing to strategic planning. Ensure staff compliance with mandatory training and support ongoing professional development. Key Skills / Qualifications Registered Nurse (NMC) or equivalent HCPC registration. Extensive experience managing multiple clinical pathways and leading teams. Proven leadership and operational management experience in private healthcare. Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated experience in governance, quality assurance framework, incident handling, conflict resolution, and policy development. Experience in commercial stakeholder relationship management Desirable: Teaching/Assessing qualification. Management qualification or willingness to work towards one.
