Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Clinical Sales Specialist based in Dublin, with flexibility to work remotely part of the time.
The role involves:
- Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals
- Managing customer accounts
- Driving sales growth for Trinity Medical's product offerings
- Providing technical and clinical support
- Identifying customer needs and matching them with appropriate solutions
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability in account management, including developing long-term customer relationships and managing customer requirements effectively
- Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of healthcare and medical device environments
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently while contributing positively within a collaborative team environment
- Previous experience within the healthcare or medical device sector would be a distinct advantage
- A third-level qualification in a relevant discipline such as Healthcare or Business Management is preferred
