Clinical Psychologist

We are keen to hear from qualified psychologists interested in working with children and young people with mental health problems, including those who have experienced trauma and other adverse childhood experiences, such as Looked After Children.

Ideally, you will be confident to work independently as a Clinical Psychologist under supervision of a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, within a multidisciplinary team that includes Psychiatry, OT, Nursing, and Teachers.

You should be capable of supervising, training, and overseeing the work of others to promote psychologically informed practices within the home.

Cambian Meeko House is a 12-bedded children's residential home for 12-18-year-olds with ongoing mental health needs and challenging behaviors that may hinder their functioning within the community without continued support. There is also a school (Home Tree School) on site to support the educational needs of the young people.
