R&D Partners is seeking a Clinical Program Manager (CPM) to join a leading pharmaceutical company in ROI. This role focuses on the successful execution of clinical trials across all phases (I-IV) and therapeutic areas, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical operations, study management, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage clinical studies or programs, including financial oversight and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional Study Management Teams (SMTs) and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Author and review study-related documentation, including protocols and regulatory submissions.
  • Select, manage, and oversee contract research organizations (CROs) and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with international regulations, ICH guidelines, and GCP standards.
  • Communicate project status, elevate issues, and implement solutions to achieve project goals.
  • Participate in departmental or interdepartmental strategic initiatives.
  • If assigned, manage a team of direct reports, providing coaching, development, and performance management.
Key Skills and Requirements Education & Experience
  • BA/BS/RN with 8+ years of relevant clinical experience in life sciences, or MA/MS/PharmD/PhD with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of cross-functional study management or leadership experience.
Technical Expertise
  • Advanced knowledge of disease or therapeutic areas and full-cycle study management.
  • Proficiency in developing RFPs, managing CROs/vendors, and authoring clinical study documentation.
  • Thorough understanding of FDA, EMA, ICH, and GCP regulations.
Leadership & Communication
  • Proven ability to lead and influence teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and change management skills.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in coaching and developing team capabilities.
Other Requirements
  • Ability to travel as required.
Salary
  • €50 - €62.30/Hr
