We are looking for someone who demonstrates the 6Cs of care: compassion, courage, communication, competence and commitment.
This position offers the chance to develop clinical, operational, and managerial skills.
Applicants should be able to work within a team, be proactive and have a keen interest in mental health. Mental health experience is desirable but not essential.
For a Band 7 post you will have at least 2 years post registration experience, be completing or have completed clinical pharmacy post graduate study and possess well developed clinical pharmacy skills.

Key responsibilities- Plan and deliver specialist mental health clinical pharmacy services as part of the CWP pharmacy team.
- Work as a member of the multidisciplinary team to ensure pharmaceutical care needs of patients are met.
- Uphold medicines management standards in all areas of the trust.
- Provide education on safe and effective use of medication to medical and nursing staff, patients and carers.
- Provide professional support and supervision to pre registration and student pharmacists.
- Band 7: minimum 2 years post registration experience.
- Completion or completion of clinical pharmacy post graduate study.
- Well developed clinical pharmacy skills.
- Experience in mental health is desirable.
