Clinical Pharmacist - Primary Care Salisbury
Salary: £50,000 - £57,000 per annum (FTE) + NHS Pension + 6 Weeks Annual Leave + Study Leave
Hours: Full-time Permanent No evenings or home visits

Are you an experienced Clinical Pharmacist with a passion for patient care in primary care? A progressive and well-established GP practice in Salisbury is looking to welcome a skilled prescriber to their expanding clinical team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a practice known for its collaborative culture, excellent patient feedback, and long-standing team. With a Pharmacist Partner already in place, you'll have both peer support and the space to grow professionally.

• Conducting structured medication reviews (SMRs)

• Managing polypharmacy and optimising medicines for long-term conditions

• Reviewing discharge summaries and reconciling medications

• Providing expert clinical advice within a multidisciplinary team

• Prescribing autonomously as part of routine patient care

• Leading on areas of clinical interest, with scope for further development

• A qualified independent prescriber (essential)

• Proven experience in a primary care setting

• Confident in working independently and managing your own clinical workload

• Competent using SystmOne (desirable)

• Available to work Fridays (required)

• Committed to high standards of care and continuous professional development
