Clinical Pathway Lead

The Clinical Pathway Lead will be responsible for leading the Foot Protection Service and Nail Surgery pathways within the Community Podiatry Service. The post holder will oversee Clinical Governance in the service and collaborate with the Podiatry Leadership Team.
Main duties of the jobWe are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to support and lead the Foot Protection Pathway and Nail Surgery pathways. The post holder will provide expert opinion, supervise staff delivering these pathways, and work with the Principal MSK Podiatrist to lead quality initiatives such as Quality Challenge, NICE guidance, audits, policies, patient complaints, and incidents. The post holder will be an integral part of the community podiatry service leadership team.
