Clinical Nurse Specialist Community Mental Health Lead

Wight Healthcare on the Isle of Wight is recruiting a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the Community Mental Health Team. You will provide clinical leadership across assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care within the CMHS, working autonomously and as part of the wider team.

You will support Team Leaders and the Service Manager with clinical leadership, offering complex clinical advice and guidance.
