Position: Clinical Nurse Manager / Deputy Manager
Care home: Coronation Court
Location: Cannock, WS11 1BT
Contract type: Full time, 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
Salary: £53,552 per annum
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a forward-thinking and growing provider, who'll support you to be the best Nurse you can be! Join us as our new Clinical Nurse Manager at Coronation Court care home in Cannock.
In this role, you'll work closely with the Home Manager to ensure that the home runs effectively and efficiently, and manage a team of nursing and care colleagues to drive quality and maintain high standards of care.
We'll support you to develop your clinical skills and offer lots of career development, so you can enjoy a long and rewarding nursing career with us.

Key Responsibilities- Leading a team of care and nursing colleagues to ensure that people's medical, physical, emotional and safeguarding needs are met.
- Providing strong leadership to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement.
- Overseeing and managing all clinical elements and risks.
- Ensuring compliance with our clinical governance framework, regulatory requirements and CQC standards.
- Supervising the Nursing Team to ensure that care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed in a timely manner and reflect interventions appropriately.

Qualifications and Experience- First-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.
- Minimum of three years post-registration experience and management or supervisory experience, training or qualification.
- Thorough understanding of nursing care best practice.
- Excellent range of clinical and digital skills.
- Enthusiasm for encouraging and motivating others.
- Proactive approach to working on own initiative.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior Registered Nurse looking to develop their clinical skills and progress into a management role.

Coronation Court is a short drive from the M6 and other major roads including the A460, A4601 and A34.
If you're travelling on the M6, take junction 11.
Follow the A460 to the Cannock Gateway Retail Park, and take the Walsall Road exit.
Follow Walsall road, turn left onto St John's Road and then right onto Hunter Road. We're right at the side of the Asda Superstore.
There's no street parking available within the vicinity but there's a private car park on the opposite side of Avon Road, on Backcrofts.
Public transport to Coronation CourtThe home's a short walk from several bus stops.
Asda Store bus stops (stop IDs: stadjmgp and stadjmgt), which are accessed by buses 1 and 71.
There's also a train station in the local area.
Cannock - 0.6 miles away (12 minute walk).
