Clinical negligence solicitor

Venn Group are pleased to be working with a highly reputable, fully remote firm to recruit a Claimant Clinical Negligence Locum Solicitor to assist with a Grade B-C caseload. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor seeking high-quality, fully remote work on a flexible basis. The assignment is offered on an initial 3-month contract, outside IR35, with a strong possibility of extension. An immediate start is available.

You will join an established clinical negligence team, managing a Grade B-C claimant caseload which will include:

• Running files from inception to resolution
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements and schedules of loss
• Instructing and liaising with medical experts and counsel
• Conducting negotiations and progressing matters efficiently
• Providing high standards of client care throughout

The successful candidate will be confident handling matters independently and comfortable working within a fully remote environment.

• Fully remote working arrangement
• Outside IR35
• Initial 3-month contract with potential extension
• Full-time preferred, though part-time applicants will be considered
• Immediate start available
