Clinical Negligence - Grade A Fee Earner (Yorkshire Region)
Location: Sheffield / York / Hull Full-time or Part-time

A highly regarded and expanding specialist law firm with offices across Sheffield, York, and Hull is seeking a Grade A Fee Earner to join its Clinical Negligence team.

This Lexcel-accredited firm has steadily grown over the past 15 years and is known for handling complex, high-value Clinical Negligence claims. The firm's leadership is award-winning, with the Managing Director receiving recognition as Partner of the Year and the Clinical Negligence team recently winning Team of the Year at a respected regional law society awards ceremony.

About the Role:
As a Grade A Fee Earner, you'll work within a dedicated Clinical Negligence department, managing a high-quality caseload and contributing to the team's continued success. You'll be part of a friendly and collaborative environment that values integrity, compassion, and a commitment to justice.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a caseload of litigated and pre-litigated Clinical Negligence matters.

Maintaining accurate records on case management, billing, and internal systems.

Assisting with screening of new enquiries (this firm does not purchase caseloads-work is generated through an active online presence).

Supervising junior staff as required.

Participating in management and marketing activities alongside senior colleagues.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive status, or equivalent high-level fee earning experience.

Demonstrable experience of running Clinical Negligence matters through to conclusion.

Excellent client care and communication skills.

Strong commercial awareness and the ability to work independently.

A collaborative attitude and openness to supervision and team input.
