This is your chance to combine hands-on clinical excellence with genuine influence, helping to shape both patient outcomes and the future of our supportive, high-performing team.

About Us

Crieff & Fair City Vets is a well-established, community-focused practice operating across three locations:

  • Crieff - A friendly, close-knit practice with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

  • Mentor and support the development of the clinical team, encouraging CPD and providing guidance on complex cases.
  • Collaborate with the Practice Director on strategy, operational efficiency, and performance management to drive clinical growth.
  • Foster a positive, open, and supportive working environment where clinical excellence and teamwork are at the forefront.
  • Act as a trusted clinical advisor to clients and colleagues, providing expert second opinions and leading on complex case management.
What We're Looking For
  • Experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon with strong surgical and medical skills.
  • Proven leadership or mentoring experience, with a passion for developing people.
  • Confident in clinical governance, including leading audits and implementing best practice.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Committed to delivering excellent patient care and enhancing client relationships.
  • Vet GDP Advisor status or additional leadership/clinical qualifications (desirable, but not essential).
