Clinical Lead: Education & Autism Specialist

Outcomes First Group's Papworth Hall School is seeking a Lead Clinician to manage the in-house Clinical Team and deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with complex profiles, including autism and SEMH needs.

You will work with the school SLT and Regional Clinical Lead, balancing clinical leadership with a therapy caseload to drive service development and improve pupil outcomes.
