The Role

As Clinical Director, the successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Practice Director and Regional Director to champion the organisation's core values and uphold the highest standards of veterinary care. This pivotal role combines hands on clinical work with leadership, coaching, and strategic direction.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading by example through clinical excellence and compassionate care
  • Inspiring engagement and collaboration across teams and practices
  • Driving continuous improvement in clinical performance and service delivery
  • Communicating effectively and ensuring key messages are shared clearly across all levels
  • Partnering with leaders throughout the business to deliver shared goals
  • Using business acumen to interpret financial data, KPIs, and identify opportunities for growth
  • Supporting and developing colleagues while fostering a positive, forward thinking culture

The Clinical Director will enjoy the support of a dynamic team of veterinary surgeons, registered veterinary nurses, patient care assistants, receptionists, and administrative staff - all committed to providing the best for their patients and clients.

About the Practices
  • Spacious consulting rooms, large operating theatres, and dedicated dental suites.
  • Central preparation areas, in house laboratories, and digital radiography.

All sites are RCVS-accredited under the Practice Standards Scheme, reflecting a commitment to continual investment in facilities, technology, and team wellbeing.

What's on Offer
  • Salary: Up to £85,000 FTE (dependent on experience)
  • Joining Bonus: £6,000
