Clinical Area Lead Nurse - Hybrid Vet Hospital, Kent

Pennard Vets in Sevenoaks, Kent, is seeking a Senior Nurse to step into a Clinical Area Lead role in our hybrid hospital. You'll own a clinical specialty and have a real seat at the table in shaping how we work, with scope to influence both clinical practice and team development.

You'll mentor nurses, bridge referral-level care with first opinion work, and participate in strategic discussions with the Hospital Director and Practice Manager.
