As a Clinical Application Specialist for Diagnosis X-Ray (DXR) products at Philips, you're not just teaching people how to use equipment-you're empowering healthcare professionals to transform patient outcomes. You will have the opportunity to do impactful work in an innovative environment working on state of the art medical imaging solutions, whilst also having autonomy and variety in your working week. Please note this will be an initial 12 month fixed term contract.The is a field based role. The ideal location of candidate would be in the Birmingham vicinity. You are responsible for: Customising the system to the specific wishes of the users, in close contact with project management and account management, in order to maximise the performance for each specific user. Taking care of implementation of trial installations (in cooperation with service), in order to get it working and to get the maximum information for evaluation by the product group. Monitoring the use of each system, by regular contact with the users, in order to solve problems regarding the operation of the system or to adapt the system to changed user wishes. Taking care of demonstrations and presentations, where required, to stimulate sales of DXR equipment. Keeping in close contact with the product group, in order to increase/maintain the application knowledge and be timely informed about new developments. Participating in the development of new functionality or the development of improved system settings. Delivering value-add enhanced user training on site to the clinical teams In this role, you should have the following skills and experience Diagnostic Radiography degree is essential Clinical background in Radiology Experience in using Digital X-ray Imaging systems Experience/Qualification in Teaching/Training. Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently throughout the UKI, with a valid driving license (a must have). Please note that due to the role working in the healthcare environment, a standard DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) criminal record check will be required for this role.
