You will work with a broad spectrum of stakeholders and customers and play a pivotal role in the ongoing success of our Ultrasound business.This position is for North-West region, with the potential to be flexible with the region covered. This is a remote based and you must be willing to travel and at times support others within the wider team. Your role: Demonstration of Cardiac Ultrasound products at customer sites or hospitals and at conferences/exhibits. Assisting Sales Specialists by providing specialist support to ensure that all equipment is demonstrated to best advantage. You will manage post sales customer product training both at customer sites/hospitals and at Philips customer optimization days. Following training schedules for the complete range of equipment and train customers in the use of our Ultrasound products, and to provide a formal applications report on completion of all applications visits. You will maintain contact with existing users ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and confidence in using Philips Ultrasound equipment. You will ensure all clinical applications training, with both new and existing US customers, aligns with the Company's Quality Policy. Providing feedback to business/marketing management with information on reference sites system performance, competitors' products, customer reactions and sales initiatives. Liaising with the Product Management Group's applications team to ensure that the latest US information is available for Users, including attending international meetings where appropriate. Providing support at courses delivered by our key accounts/customers. Assisting the Business Line Manager in all aspects of marketing, sales and promotion of our Cardiac Ultrasound equipment and provide specialist sales support to the account managers when required. You are a part of a team that includes Account Managers, Clinical Applications Specialists and Modality Sales Specialists reporting into the Business Leader. You're right for this role if: Full UK driving license and wiliness to travel extensively Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Post Graduate studies in Ultrasound or Clinical Science In-depth clinical experience within Cardiac Ultrasound Extensive scanning experience within Cardiology Experience of working in a clinical environment Capability to train others on Ultrasound equipment Excellent communication skills and positive relationship builder.
