About this jobThis post is within a service identified as being in scope for a service improvement and redesign programme. Service delivery models, roles and structures will be reviewed as part of the improvement process, which may result in changes and a consultation process in line with the Trust's Organisational Change Policy. All processes will be undertaken in accordance with the Trust's Organisational Change Policy, including engagement with affected staff and consideration of suitable alternative employment where applicable.
The post holder will provide a comprehensive administration and information service to the Early Intervention service within the Mental Health Network, coordinating their activities with other members of the Business Administration Team to ensure an efficient and confidential service is provided. The post holder will be aligned to a specific team and is required to work flexibly in response to the needs of the Networks administrative service providing cover to departments on various sites as directed by their Admin Manager to ensure continuity of a quality service provision.
We are inviting applications from individuals with excellent organisation skills, ability to work on your own or as a member of the wider admin team. The successful candidate will be able to communicate with staff, service users, visitors and carers in a professional manner. The successful candidate must be computer literate, able to use Microsoft office packages and have a good telephone manner.
