A leading Wealth Management firm who are demonstrating growth across the UK, largely via acquisition, are hiring a Client Support Manager to join their busy offices in Harrogate.

The Client Support Manager vacancy will allow you to have managerial responsibility for 5 team members, with job responsibilities including;

• Building and maintaining a trusted and supportive leadership style
• Coach and develop team members, using performance reviews and 1-2-1's as a regular guide for team members
• Lead further recruitment into the division
• Ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements are upheld
• Maintain and improve processes by identifying and addressing any inefficiencies
• Utilise relationships across the wider business

The successful applicant:

• Experience within a regulatory Financial Services environment
• Experience managing an Administrative team and leading performance reviews
• Ideally achieved Financial Planning level 4 diploma
• Experience with Intelligent Office is beneficial
