Client Support Administrator - SAP & Order Management

Culina is recruiting for a Client Support Administrator to be the first point of contact for key clients, managing stock and orders, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve queries. Salary is £27,912 per annum with a 4 on, 4 off days shift pattern.

This 12-month fixed-term contract role involves delivering excellent customer service, processing orders in SAP, managing EDI issues, and providing accurate client reports to support retention and satisfaction.
