Responsibilities of this key roleAs a Client Success Manager at KOR, you will be the primary contact for our clients. We have invested heavily in automation, self-service, and on-demand knowledge to ensure your client interactions are high-value. You will work closely with clients across all levels of seniority and collaborate internally to deliver exceptional experiences.
This role requires excellent communication, flexibility, and an enterprising attitude. Key responsibilities include:
Being the primary contact for client inquiries regarding business, domain, product, and technical issues
Reviewing, validating, and triaging technical escalations
Driving account growth
Expanding revenue through pre-sales and existing client sales opportunities
Influencing client lifetime value via product adoption, satisfaction, and health scores
Participating in KOR working groups as needed
Defining and optimizing the client lifecycle by managing programs to improve engagement based on segmentation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
You are eager to influence client experiences and business outcomes, thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments, and take ownership of your work. You focus on results and are committed to making a significant impact.
Additionally, you meet these criteria:
+4 years of OTC Derivatives or Regulatory Reporting experience, preferably in vendor or back-office roles
You are client-obsessed and aim for the best outcomes
You possess excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
