Your role as a customer success executive:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
  • Coordinate high-value 1:1 meetings between sponsors and senior delegates to maximise engagement and ROI.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for delegate enquiries, providing timely and effective support pre-event.
  • Manage key administrative and logistical tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Work closely with sales and customer success managers to ensure seamless event delivery and client satisfaction.

About you:

  • You must be degree-educated, with a strong academic background.
  • Fluent in Arabic is a bonus but not essential.
  • Someone who is personable, confident, and naturally enjoys building relationships.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and works well under pressure.
