The Role

As a Client Solutions Consultant, you will serve as the heart of our business development efforts within the Client Solutions division. This role is dedicated to cultivating and expanding relationships at the C-level, from initiating new client partnerships to managing processes and negotiating commercial terms. You will be responsible for driving growth in the Netherlands and Belgium markets that are already thriving and offer significant potential for further expansion. Your efforts will directly influence our strategic growth and reinforce our position as a leader in innovative recruitment solutions.

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment, with demonstrated success in sales and client delivery
  • A consultative, professional approach to building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Ambition to develop and grow a well-established yet burgeoning market
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with clients across the Netherlands & Belgium regions
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and adding value to clients and the company

  • Proven track record in sales management within the recruitment or staffing industry

Responsibilities
  • Proactively generate and close new business opportunities through targeted client acquisition
  • Develop deep expertise within designated industries and geographic markets to provide tailored solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle autonomously, from initial outreach to closing deals
  • Present and demonstrate the Venquis value proposition to prospective and existing clients
  • Convert qualified leads provided by the Talent Delivery team into new revenue streams
  • Understand client business objectives, challenges, and roadmaps to craft effective, real-time solutions
  • Negotiate commercial terms respecting both client needs and company targets
  • Account manage individual vacancies as well as large-scale staffing projects, ensuring excellent client satisfaction and ongoing partnership growth
