The Offboarding team consists of +-20 members and is primarily responsible for managing unclaimed
asset files, transferring dormant assets to the deposit and consignment office, and managing the virtual
office.
Responsibilities
• You manage the operational coordination of daily tasks.
• You monitor cases regularly to ensure proper follow-up.
• When required, you reach out to different stakeholders.

• Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations is beneficial.
• Proficiency in both national languages, both verbal and written, is crucial. English proficiency is a plus.
• You possess hands-on experience with standard Microsoft Office tools
The Litigations team, part of the Customers & Accounts Lifecycle Management department, is
responsible for handling garnishments through bailiff's writs, judicial letters, or tax notifications.
Responsibilities
• You are in charge of managing, analyzing, and processing your cases.
• You maintain direct contact with the commercial network, tax authorities, bailiffs, lawyers, and
clients.
• You are proactive in suggesting potential improvements to your management and have the
opportunity to contribute to various projects.
• You frequently collaborate with robotic systems in your work.

• You are skilled at collecting and thoroughly analyzing information with precision and efficiency.
• You consistently prioritize the client in all aspects of your work.
• You work well within a team environment.
• You communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, ideally in both national languages.
• You possess a law degree and/or have relevant experience in managing legal cases.
• You have strong proficiency in both Dutch and French.
